Account Deletion

This page explains how Motorizo users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Delete your account in the app

Open the Motorizo app and go to:

Follow the instructions shown in the app to request deletion of your Motorizo account.

If you cannot access the app

Email us from the email address linked to your Motorizo account:

Please include the email address used for your Motorizo account so we can identify the account.

What data may be deleted

• Your Motorizo account profile.
• Your profile details, garage vehicles, posts, comments, club activity and marketplace content where applicable.
• Personal data associated with your account, unless we must keep limited records for legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute or payment-compliance reasons.

Retention period

Account deletion requests are normally processed within 30 days. Some limited records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud-prevention, payment processing or dispute resolution requirements.
